The aim of the current research is to design and explain the employee empowerment model of good governance in the I.K.RC. research method according to the purpose, applied; according to the type of data, mixed of the exploratory type; According to the time of data collection, it is cross-sectional and according to the method of data collection or the nature and method of the research, it is descriptive-survey. The researcher's tool of designing and explaining the employee empowerment model of good governance in the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation was given to the sample group using snowball sampling and the results were analyzed quantitatively. SPSS statistical software and structural equation modeling software (PLS-SEM) and (MAXQDA) were used. The qualitative findings of the research showed that the conceptual model of the research has 22 sub-themes and 5 main themes. The axes of coding obtained from the employee empowerment model of good governance in the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation are: the theme of participation and entrepreneurship, the theme of knowledge and skill management, the theme of justice, the social organizational theme, the individual-psychological theme. The validity of the qualitative coding of the research components is confirmed The research elite was accepted. In this research, content validity has been used in order to evaluate the validity.The questionnaire created by the researcher was calculated using Cronbach's alpha of 0.82. The quantitative findings of the research showed that the most direct effect of the theme of participation and entrepreneurship on the employee empowerment model of governance productivity.
