Introduction: Social capital is a means to create a strong bond with the society and its favorable construction, and social service organizations such as the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation seek to attract people’s support to increase foreign social capital and meet the needs of their clients so that they can be faster, more accurate and more complete. achieve their missions and goals. This research seeks to examine the strategies for the development of external social capital of the General Administration of Qazvin Relief Foundation by using the social responsibility of governmental and non-governmental organizations and institutions, businesses, companies, factories and charitable institutions in order to increase trust, publish norms and create The network provides the basis for organizational excellence.
Methodology: The current research was applied in terms of purpose, and qualitative in terms of searching and collecting data, and in terms of research strategy, the foundational data theory with the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin. The statistical sample of the research included a group of internal managers and employees of the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation organization, university professors and researchers, as well as managers and employees of companies, businesses and factories in Qazvin province, who were selected as a purposive/judgmental sampling.
Findings: The results of interviews with research experts showed that eight categories of structural and programmatic transformation in public relations, institutionalization of thinking and strategic planning, change in governance policies, promotion and development of foresight literature, attention to networking and communication, and information system development Managers and attention to new emerging models of financing can be used as social capital development strategies of the General Administration of the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation of Qazvin province.
Conclusion: The research results are consistent with Bourdieu’s opinions. According to him, the social capital of communication and participation of the members of an organization goes beyond their duties in achieving missions. Also, the research results are aligned with Habermas’ theory of participation. Because, Habermas calls the space in which the communication action takes place the public sphere and argues that the public sphere is basically a network of communication. For this reason, the strong and effective organizational communication of the relief foundation in the society is considered as an indicator of the social capital of this organization.
